1. padmaja Himalaya zoological park

2. Batasia Loop
Along with views of the surrounding valleys and mountains, there is also a War Memorial at Batasia Loop honouring Gorkha soldiers of the Indian Army who fought for Independence. Duration 1 to 2 hrs.
3. Japanese peace pagoda
Situated on the slopes of Jalaphar Hill, the Japanese Peace Pagoda is a global symbol of peace and showcases the four avatars of Buddha including the Maitreya Buddha. Duration 2 to 3 hrs.
4. Tiger Hill
The highest point in Darjeeling, Tiger Hill is the best vantage point for sunrise views against Mount Kanchenjunga from the observatory on top of the hill.
5. Sandakphu
Sandakphu is a natural paradise filled with rare flora & fauna. One can observe fascinating vistas of the world’s highest peaks like Mt. Everest, Kanchenjunga, Lhotse, etc. It’s not all, Singalila range is one of the most enthralling and enchanting treks for adventure lovers. Visit 2 to 3 days.
